The City is preparing a bylaw to identify which properties fall within each Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Area and their respective tier. TOD tiers are determined by the distance of a property from the nearest SkyTrain station, as outlined below. If any portion of a property lies within a tier, the entire property is considered part of that tier.

2 Greater than 200m to 400m
3 Greater than 400m to 800m
